An American company is looking for a Homebased IT Specialist that support both Windows and Linux desktops with Office applications, MS Office, Outlook and client applications in a network environment. Must be knowledgeable in Five9 application , experience in handling vicidial and asterisk.
The candidate must have:
a) Minimum of 2 years in IT discipline and 1 year
experience with pc support.
b) Must be able to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
quickly and can work with minimal supervision.
c) The prevailing candidate will show a predisposition to action and will be strongly focused on customer support.
