Looking for a freelance job that allows you to surf the web all day?

Appen Butler Hill, a language technology solutions and consulting firm, is looking for freelance Web Search Evaluators. Web Search Evaluators review and evaluate  internet search results based on specific search terms and providing a rating. The evaluation work is typically done using online automated tools.

This is a part-time position (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday) and have the flexibility to choose the hours they wish to work each day. This project requires a commitment to work 20-22 hours per week. Project work is expected to extend through August 17th, 2012, with a possible further extension.

Business coordinators may be assigned to run the start up business program/project under supervision and close guideline from head office. A real estate company in the US is looking for a virtual assistant to do the following tasks:

  • Listening to phone messages of incoming leads and transcribing the messages
  • Follow up leads via phone (skype) or email to obtain additional information about the property the client wishes to sell.
  • Research the property in several databases (to be provided) and create pdf’s of reports to upload to a customer database
  • Follow up with clients to make offer on properties

Applicants must have the following requirements:

  1. Has strong English and communication skills
  2. Understands phone and email etiquette and does not violate these principles
  3. Is familiar with Microsoft Excel and general ability to use windows based software Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.
