A  real estate company in the United States is looking for a real estate virtual assistant to deal mainly with phone support. They want someone who has  good command of English language,  can speak it clearly and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Call into Voice Mail account to retrieve message and return calls.
  • Process data from phone conversations into our database
  • Browse Craigslist and other online sites to make outbound calls (scripts provided)
  • Outbound Text Messaging
  • Other Real Estate duties

Virtual Assistant – January 23, 2013

Call center jobs aren’t limited to call centers. You can do the same job (with the same pay and hours) in the comfort of your own home as a VA or virtual assistant. The difference between a call center agent and a virtual assistants is virtual assistants usually have more job flexibility and learn more skills than a regular call center agent.

A real estate company in the US is looking for a virtual assistant to do the following tasks:

  • Listening to phone messages of incoming leads and transcribing the messages
  • Follow up leads via phone (skype) or email to obtain additional information about the property the client wishes to sell.
  • Research the property in several databases (to be provided) and create pdf’s of reports to upload to a customer database
  • Follow up with clients to make offer on properties

Applicants must have the following requirements:

  1. Has strong English and communication skills
  2. Understands phone and email etiquette and does not violate these principles
  3. Is familiar with Microsoft Excel and general ability to use windows based software Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.

Real Estate Marketing Coordinator – January 7, 2013

We are looking for a full time marketing coordinator to assist in editing/producing high quality property videos, editing pictures, maximizing SEO exposure to website, blog, & videos, spinning articles to develop original content for blog posts and maximizing the search terms within the post, and organizing real estate listing files so our team on the ground is more efficient.

We need some one who is self motivated, quick to learn, and familiar with video editing software, photo editing software, website data entry, and SEO. We are willing and able to teach the tasks desired, but there must be some level of familiarity. Training is the difficult part in our business, so we are looking for someone who is looking to work for an extended period of time.

Salary will depend on level of expertise and there is room for pay increase in the future for a job well done.
