An Australian company is looking for a full-time home-based accountant with the following qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
- Must have a degree in Accountancy
- Must have 3 years professional experience focused in Accounting.
- Software Skills: MYOB, SAASU, Quickbooks, Xero, etc.
The accepted applicant will have the following responsibilities:
- Process invoices manually into an accounting software
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Process bi-weekly supplier payments
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Post month end journals
- Prepare a closing monthly trial balance
- Maintain fix-asset register & depreciation journals in
- Prepare monthly BAS within the accounting system
- Respond to emails of suppliers, internal employees, and business partners.
