An Australian company is looking for a full-time home-based accountant with the following qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
  • Must have a degree in Accountancy
  • Must have 3 years professional experience focused in Accounting.
  • Software Skills: MYOB, SAASU, Quickbooks, Xero, etc.

The accepted applicant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Process invoices manually into an accounting software
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Process bi-weekly supplier payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Post month end journals
  • Prepare a closing monthly trial balance
  • Maintain fix-asset register & depreciation journals in
  • Prepare monthly BAS within the accounting system
  • Respond to emails of suppliers, internal employees, and business partners.
